We choose the carrier based on our criteria to provide the best service.
All orders are processed during normal business hours from Monday through Friday.
Your order is processed in 2 - 3 business day (excluding holidays and weekends) an average,
you will receive in 4 - 7 business days.
Please keep in mind that your order may delay in the shipping process due to delay in receiving items from our providers. In this case, we will be in contact to inform you and ship them as soon as all your items are ready.
Occasionally there is unexpected delay or stock out items from our providers.
When the delay occurs, your order may process 5 - 10 days and receive 12 - 14 business day.
All orders are processed until 3 P.M EST
In case the package is returned to our warehouse due to customer's failure to receive, refusal to receive, or pick up the package (UPS or USPS attempts to deliver the package up to 3 times and keep the package in their facility between 10 days to 25 days), customers will be charged for penalty fee (original shipping fee + return shipping fee) which is significantly higher than the shipping fee you originally paid. The penalty fee varies depending on the location and will be notified individually.

We value our customer satisfaction to accept authorized returns if you are not satisfied with your order.
Because our merchandise is imported from South Korea, unfortunately we have limited quantities of sizes and colors so we cannot exchange products just because you changed your mind on the product.
***Little Blanc do NOT issue credit or refund and exchange on worn, washed, no-tag and final-sale items.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return merchandise.
Please note that our policy ONLY applies to unworn and unused items with all original tags attached.
You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees.
We do not provide prepaid labels nor reimburse the original shipping fee.

If the item has a defect or damaged, Little Blanc will exchange the item with no charge.

- Payment Refund -
Little Blanc will issue a refund for qualified customers according to our return policy. Customers can either choose to get refund by store credit or on the original debit/credit card used to purchase. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to reach your debit/credit card depending on the financial institution.
